Description
The capital of the Rendeva Valley and a famed tourist center, located in a valley at the convergence of the Sarca River of Genova and the Sarca River of Campiglio. In summer it is an ideal point of departure for reaching the mountain groups Adamello - Presanella and the Dolomites of Brenta. In the winter season Pinzola is served by modern lift facilities located at the west peaks of the Doss and the Sabio Mountains, and by numerous slopes, whose total length exceeds 30 km.

Among these we note 'Grual Nera,' 'Competition,' 'Rododendro' and 'Pinzolo Blu.' The ski-pass of Pinzolo is not only valid for local facilities, but also for those of Marilleva, Folgarida and Madonna di Campiglio. Lovers of cross-country skiing have at their disposition a specialized center and 23 km of slopes with an illuminated stretch. The most desirable destination for alpine skiers the trail from Agola Valley to Brenta Valley, by way of Bocca dei Camosci.
The after-ski activity is rich in possibilities: covered swimming pool, ice stadium, equestrian center, tennis and soccer courts, game room, cinema, bars, restaurants and discotheques.
To see, the Romanesque church dedicated to S.Vigilio, rebuilt in the 16th century.
