Description
A tranquil summer and winter vacation area located near the valley that unites the Fiemme Valley with the Ega and the Vallarsa. Surrounded by high Dolomite Peaks, it offers suggestive panoramic trails over Latemar and Catinaccio, and various possibilities for mountain walks and excursions. The lift facilities of the ski area reach a maximum elevation of 2242 meters.

From this elevation downhill trails of medium length and height wind down the mountain. The most demanding are “Pala Santa” and “Pala Santa II,” the most accessible “Malga Varena “ and “Malga Daiano.” Cross-country skiing offers very different possibilities, with slopes of varying difficulty that extend over a total of 50 kilometers. Among these, “Capanna Nuova,” “Malga Lavinia,” "Schimieder,” are 5, 6, and 12 kilometers in length, respectively. The three most difficult are "Malga Ora,” "Malga Costa" and the stretch that connects with Oclini Pass. Classic destinations for alpine skiers: Corno Nero, Olcini Pass and Latemar, at 275 meters.
