| The elegance in furnishing and the completeness of the services have been studied with the italian "style" under the best tradition of hospitality. Each unit has: telephone, sat tv, VHS videorecorder, hi fi rach with cd player, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, air conditioning i the main bedroom. We also have a parking area with cover places available. You will find our Club house a very nice bar where you can have every morning a rich buffet breakfast and a roof garden solarium where you can enjoy the sunny days at Rome.

Our residence has 25 apartments of 3 different typologies:
- A/B or Bellini/Corelli (small one of 73/80 sqmt )suitable from 2 to 5 people, it has a double bed room, living room with 3 sofabeds, kitchen with little dining room, microwave, dishwasher,refrigerator; bathroom with shower; and balconies or garden
- C/D or Puccini/Rossini (medium one of 90 sqmt ) suitable from 3 to 6 people, it has a double bed room, a single bed room with one or two sofabeds, living room with 2 sofabeds, kitchen with little dining room or kitchen corner,microwave, dishwasher,refrigerator; bath room with shower, and balconies or garden
- E/F or Toscanini/Vivaldi, (largeone of 103 sqmt)suitable from 4 to 7 people, it has a double bedroom, a twin size bedroom, 3 sofabeds in the living room, kitchen with little dining room with all dinnerware, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, bathroom with shower, and balconies or garden. |

From the hightway take the G.R.A. - exit Aurelio (Cittą del vaticano) and follow Via Aurelia till the area of Porta Cavalleggeri
- By train - from Termini station - take the sub-way direction Battistini till station Ottaviano - take bus 49 in Via Crescenzio, after almost 4 stops, drop off and go down the hill
