| The Best Western Hotel Astoria Milano is a 4 stars hotel near Fiera Milano.
Our eight floor building is completely renewed and all rooms are sound-proof. The hotel is very well positioned and it is perfect for businessmen and for tourists.
It is very close to the business fairgrounds (Fiera Milano), to two metro stations, to the hippodrome, and to the Palalido.
It is also close (walking distance) to one of the largest sports center of Milan which includes amongst other sports facilities, several tennis courts and the biggest swimming pool of Milan.
Our Hotel is amongst the closest hotels to the soccer stadium Meazza at San Siro.
Highways to all directions are easily reachable and connect us quickly to two Milan airports: Malpensa and Orio al Serio.
The very close red line n°1 of the underground (metro) allow the visitor to go very easily to the historic center of the city, the lively bars and clubs at the "Navigli" area, the fashion square (quadrilatero della moda), the Dome and the theatre "Alla Scala" for which there is a ticket office service available.

FROM MALPENSA AIRPORT
By car:
38 km – The journey lasts around 45 minutes – Follow directions to Milan which will take you into the highway A8 (autostrada) therefore drive along the A8 in the direction of Milan and follow directions to (exit) “Milano Fiera” that will lead you to Piazza Stuparich. Once you reach this Piazza, turn right into Viale Elia and drive along this road which is a ring road (circonvallazione) that goes round Milan. As this is a long road it changes name several times and will take you in the direction of the Hotel Astoria. Once you go accross the roundabout of Piazzale Zavattari the circonvallazione will have the name of Viale Murillo and you shall see the Hotel Astoria on your right hand side 300 meters further on.
By train:
There is a train service that will take you to Cadorna train station in Milan. The journey lasts around 40 minutes plus 15 minutes by underground (metropolitana). For further information link to: http://www.seaaeroportimilano.it/Malpensa/collegamenti/collegamenti.htm
Once you arrive at Cadorna train station which is around 3km far from the Hotel Astoria either take a taxi (15 minutes) or choose between 2 options:
1st option:
Take the red line n° 1 of the underground in the direction of Molino Dorino and get off at Piazzale Lotto (5 stops). From here you may take the electric bus (Filovia) n°91 and after 3 stops get off in front of the Hotel.
2nd option:
Take the red line n° 1 of the underground in the direction of Bisceglie and get off at Piazza De Angeli (4 stops). From here you may take the tram n°24 (direction Axum) and after a few stops get off at Via C. Dolci just behind the Hotel.
By taxi:
50 km – The journey lasts from 40 minutes to 1 hour according to traffic conditions. The cost for the service is about Euro 75 / Euro 85
Stazione Centrale (Centrale F.S.):
6km - Once you arrive at Stazione Centrale in Milan either take a taxi (20 minutes) or choose between 2 options:
1st option:
Take the green line n° 2 of the underground in the direction of Famagosta, get off (change line) at Cadorna/Triennale (5 stops), take the red line n°1 of the underground in the direction of Molino Dorino and get off Piazzale Lotto (5 stops). From here you may take the electric bus (Filovia) n°91 and after 3 stops get off in front of the Hotel.
2nd option:
Take the green line n° 2 of the underground in the direction of Famagosta, get off (change line) at Cadorna/Triennale (5 stops), take the red line n°1 of the underground in the direction of Bisceglie and get off at Piazza de Angeli (4 stops).
