By rail: get off at Santa Maria Novella Central Station
Driving from Rome via the A1 – toll motorway – you should take the exit at Firenze Sud (Florence South) and go into the direction of the city centre/ railway station;
- driving from Milan or Venice via the A1 – toll motorway – you should take the exit at Firenze Nord (Florence North) and follow into the direction of the city centre/ railway station.
Keep driving straight ahead until you can see the Porta al Prato Gate, turn to the left just before the gate and after 50 metres turn left at the traffic lights. Drive ahead, while staying on the road towards the railway station and after the second set of traffic lights, you should stay in the right lane and turn to the right into the Via Jacopo da Diacceto; drive straight ahead and you will enter the Via Luigi Alemanni, where you will find the Hotel Ambasciatori on your right side.
By plane:
From the Amerigo Vespucci Florence Airport leaves a shuttle-bus service to the railway station, exactly where the Hotel Ambasciatori is located. Taxis and means of public transport are also available 24 hours a day.
From the Galileo Galilei Pisa Airport, take the shuttle –train to Santa Maria Novella Central Station. Average time: 45 minutes. |
