| “Il Monterosso” Farmhouse Holiday centre stands on the Monterosso Hill (700
metres higher, 5 km of mountain road), splendidly isolated in the Verbano plains. The estate is completely
immersed in the countryside and surrounded by 25 hectares of pastures, woods and
pine-trees. We breed sheep, goats, pigs and poultry and also grow market garden
vegetables and fruit, so that we can always provide our guests generous servings
of fresh, genuine food. Relaxing in the cool shade of the patio, guests can savour
home-made delicatessenmeats, excellent mixed grills and typical dishes of Italian
and local cuisine, as well as mushrooms and fruits from the rich woodlands. The
estate focuses on a renovated farmhouse with double-rooms, all with private
bathroom; restaurant; reading room with a splendid view;shop
selling typical and biological produce. |

From Milan take Highway of "Laghi", direction Gravellona Toce, the exit is Verbania, then follow Verbania center, at the big round of the courthouse of Verbania turn on the left and go for 1 km, then thre is the signal to take on the left a road that grow up to the hill "Il MOnterosso" go on the top. |
