This is the RESIDENCE LE COLONICHE. We offer our Guests smart and spaciuos apartment, carefully furnished to respect the Tusca tradition of "Arte Povera". In the ground there are green areas on different levels and a beautiful swimming pool 8x16 mt. All overlooking the surrounding hills and woods. The property consist of two farm houses: The Main House with 7 apartments and a Villa with 2 houses.
Main House is built on 2 levels and has 7 apartments all furnished to a very high standard. The Villa is divided in two apartments for 400 mq total. All apartments are provided with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, telephone, tv sat, indipendent heating. |

Arriving from FLORENCE:
Take the A11 motorway direction Lucca, exit at "Pistoia". Immediately after the exit, to pass over the bridge and follow the directions to Pistoia-Ovest/Abetone. Then follow the directions to Pistoia-centro - Montecatini and join the SS435 up to Serravalle Pistoiese. When you are over Serravalle Pistoiese after, take the first turning on the left (Via Perticaia) which is 500 mt. after the sign board "Ponte di Serravalle" and follow the directions to the Residence Le Coloniche. The Residence is 8 km. far from Pistoia motorway exit.
Arriving from the VERSILIA COAST:
Take the A11 motorway direction Florence, exit at Montecatini Terme, follow signs to Pieve a Nievole and Pistoia, after 100 mt. pass the level-crossing on the left and follow directions to Pistoia. Straight on for 4 km along the SS435, go trough la Colonna to Ponte di Serravalle. Look for sign to Le Coloniche at Bar Rosa sign in Ponte Serravalle and follow the direction to Residence Le Coloniche.
The Residence is 5 km far from the Montecatini motorway exit. |
