Position: newly built the village extends on an area of 30.000 square m., and shadowed by olive trees, orange trees, poplars and perfumed by oleanders and citrons. lt is situated on a splendid bay only 700 m. away from the-centre-of Briatico. The beach of sand and rocks, private artd equipped is only 200 m. awav and it can be reached by crossing the road. A parti of the village (separate) is destined to camping.
Rooms: they are situated in a central 2-level body in a U-form around the garden. Furnished comfortably in a modern and alegant manner, they all have private baths, telephone, the plug for a Tv, fridge bar and air conditioning.
Flats: they are brickwork cottages,all with an indipendant entrance, private bats with shower and cooking area. They are available in the following types:
3-room flats with 4 beds V2: sitting-room, double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a veranda.
3-room flats with 5/6 beds V3: sitting room, double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a spacious veranda with a garden.
Some flats are prefàbricated cottages 3-room flats with 4 beds V1: like the 3-room flat with 4 beds but without the veranda.
Services and equipment: bar, restaurant with a buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner served at your table, piano bar,discotheque anphitheatre,tobacconist’s newspapers, market,guarded indoor parking, tennis, volleyball, a children’s playground, enterteiners, mini club, beach equipped with beach umbrellas, sunbeds, beach hut, various services and bar.
Membership club: obligatory from 1/6 to 30/9 (see at price list) including group tennis courses, canoe and archery, beach volley, beach tennis, tennis football, "bocce", table tennis, latin american dancing, mini club for 4-12 year-olds day enterteiners, discotheque, anphitheatre, evening shows, excursions in a rubber dinghy along the coast of Briatico with a visit and a swim at the rock of Ulisse at fixed hours.
