Sperlonga is at 116 km from Rome and 114 Km from Naples. If you travel by car down from the capital, you can reach Sperlonga by driving along Via Pontina as far as Terracina and then continuing along Via Flacca.
If you wish to follow the Motorway ( Autostrada A/1 ) from Rome to Naples, you can take as the nearest exit for Sperlonga either Frosinone or Cassino.
By train: ( Rome-Naples railway ) get off at the station of Fondi-Sperlonga, from where a service of public transport will take you to Sperlonga.
Once in this city, drive along the waterfont ( Via Cristoforo Colombo) and turn on Viale Romita 1.
