The Hotel, built of stone and wood, designed like a small mountain village, is located in La Salle at 1040 m a.s.l. at the foot of the Mont Blanc: a strategical position to reach the most important skiing areas of the western Alps and the Region’s major tourist spots (Aosta and its archeological roman finds, the protected valleys of the Gran Paradiso National Park, Saint Vincent and its casino), the nearby Savoy (Chamonix, cradle of alpinism, the elegant Megève, Annecy and its lake) and the French speaking Switzerland (Martigny, centre of museums, Ginevra and the lake Lemano).

Restaurant "la Cassolette" The cuisine of Fabio Barbaglini A joy for palate and eyes is the food served in the two restaurant rooms: “La Fenetre”, spacious and bright, with its wide windows which frame the view onto the Mont Blanc, and “La Cassolette”, elegant and cosy. In the warm season you can take your lunch on the outdoor terrace facing the swimming pools. The cuisine, light and in line with modern demand, uses the natural products of our vegetable garden and brings out the genuine and traditional products of the Region. Every morning for breakfast you find a rich buffet with bread and homemade cakes, typical products of the Aosta Valley, freshly squeezed juices and natural juices so as warm dishes prepared by the chef directly in the breakfast room.
