Rooms "Deluxe" size of about 32 mq.con loggia overlooking safe, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi bath with shower, telephone, satellite TV, minibar, "Superior" area of approximately 30.50 mq.con loggia and private garden, to retire and enjoy the calmness and relaxation. There are double bedrooms with air conditioning bathroom with Jacuzzi, Wi-Fi, aromatherapy, services and separate shower. Directions / Driving instructions

From North: Exit the Autostrada del Sole (A1) at Firenze- Impruneta, take the dual-carriage way (Superstrada) towards Siena. Exit the Superstrada at Colle di Val D'Elsa North and turn left towards Volterra and/or Casole D'Elsa. Follow this main road to the town of Colle di Val D'Elsa and at 2.5 km turn right towards Volterra and/or Casole D'Elsa on the road SS 68. After 3 km (total 5.5 km from the exit of the Superstrada) at Le Grazie, turn left towards Casole D'Elsa. Go on for 7 Km; at the first roundabout, turn right. Go straight on at the second roundabout following direction to Il Merlo, straight ahead for 3.5 Km, you will find the Hotel Aquaviva on the right hand side. From South: Exit the Autostrada del Sole (A1) at Val di Chiana and head towards Siena. Follow this road to Siena, and take the ring road towards Firenze on to the Superstrada and exit at Colle di Val D'Elsa South. Take the main road through Colle val d’Elsa following the signs for Volterra/Casole D'Elsa. At Le Grazie, turn left towards Casole D'Elsa. Go on for 7 Km; at the first roundabout, turn right. Go straight on at the second roundabout following directions to Il Merlo and after 3.5 Km, you will find on the right hand side the Hotel Aquaviva.

Restaurant Information

The restaurant "Il Frate Godente" takes its name from the monk bearing a dish of tripe, as painted by Giuseppe Fraschetti .. at the entrance. The restaurant includes a hall, a rustic veranda and a rooftop terrace. From all three areas there are wonderful views over the Tuscan hills. The restaurant serves, in addition to the traditional Tuscan dishes, international cuisine, seafood and shellfish, but also dishes prepared on the grill. Large selection of wines, especially Tuscany. Special menus for vegetarians, coeliacs and allergy sufferers are always available by appointment. We organize special dinners and banquets for weddings and other occasions with a capacity of 150 seats. The restaurant follows the following schedule: Breakfast from 7:30 to 10.00 lunch from 12:00 to 14:00 Dinner from 19:00 to 22.00 Closed on Tuesdays at lunch.
