The hotel is located right in front of the railway station S. Maria Novella, but it is also easily reachable from Florence Peretola airport (A. Vespucci FLR) by taxi or by bus, departure every 30 minutes to S. Maria Novella railway station. From Pisa airport, Galileo Galilei, catch the train to Florence S.M.N., departure every hour.
By car: highway exit Firenze Nord, follow signs to the centre and then to S. Maria Novella railway station. Once you are in “piazzale Porta del Prato” turn on the first street leading to ‘Viale Fratelli Rosselli”. Turn right in “Via Jacopo Da Diacceto”, go straight to “Via Luigi Alamanni”, where the hotel is located. |

Hotel Diplomat is a few steps away from Santa Maria Novella Railway Station, close by the old city center - easily reachable on foot. Thanks to its proximity to to the Congress Center and the Exibition Center of Fortezza Da Basso, the hotel is particularly suitable for business stays. Despite common areas not particularly roomy, the breakfast room with the bar is quite spacious.
