The Hotel lies in a very quiet village in Valtenesi, area of vines and olive-trees, castles and churches, where traditions are still present in people's faces and places. |

| L'hotel lies directly at the beach. It is a familiar hotel, very small, infact there are 20 double rooms a restaurant on the lake, a private pier with 15 buoyees, a pavillon in the garden where guests have breakfast and where we also organise private parties, a swimming pool with a massage corner.Besides there are a parking area and a garage free for our guests. |

In San Felice fishermen still cast their nets at sunset,swans lay their eggs, early in the morning the only noise you can hear is that of nature, of waves breaking on the seashore, of gulls trying to catch some food...and the Isle of Garda, where St. Francis of Assisi founded an hermitage for minor friars, its neo gothic palace and the wonderful Italian and English gardens.
This is our lake, with its mysteries, so threatening during the summer storms, and suddenly so surprising, filling your heart with joy, showing such bright colours that you just cannot believe they are true...this lake, so beloved by artists and poets, so rich of the traces of their passage and of our history. |
