| The Palazzo Magnani Feroni houses 12 luxury suites, and 12 suites only. Each suite reflects the refinement of the Renaissance style, with the subtle combination of comfort and modern technology and decorated with tasteful antique furnishings and materials originating from the owners’ ancestors’ antique collection.
Spanning between 80- and 120-square meters (860- and 1300- square feet) in size, the suites each comprise a large living room, bedroom(s) and master bathroom(s). Each includes all amenities expected of a five-star luxury hotel, including stereo, satellite television in both the living room and bedroom, internet port and self-regulating air conditioning units.
Architectural Beauty in a Setting of Privacy and Discretion:
An architectural jewel of the 16th century, the Palazzo Magnani Feroni belongs to the National Register of Historical Monuments of the State of Italy. Detail and ornamentation characterises the building throughout, surprising the wanderer with frescoes, vaulted ceilings and intricate wood-carvings.
The Renaissance décor prevails in this palace of traditional Florentine lay-out. Breakfast, for instance, is served in a 160-square meter salon with hand-crafted wood ceilings illuminated by a large original Murano chandelier. In the winter evenings, this salon serves as an intimate, candle-lit Bar, accessible to Palazzo guests and their friends only. The same rules are applicable to the adjoining Billiard Room, as well as to the In-House Gym, so as to assure the guests with absolute privacy. The beautiful Roof-Top Terrace offers a breathtaking view of the city and houses the Palazzo Bar as soon as the temperature permits.

Services include reservations to exclusive restaurants, recommendations of typical local eateries and trattorias, coordination of privileged entrance to the city’s museums, airport / train station pick-up, private shopping tours, visits to the Ferrari Museum and private, chauffeured excursions to the beautiful Chianti valley. Also, Palazzo guests choose from a selection of CDs, DVD films and soap fragrances for their suite, as well as benefit from private Guides to shopping and restaurants off the beaten path, personally written by the owners of the Palazzo for an “insider’s view” of Florence. |

• Feroni Deluxe Suites:
Situated on the second floor’s Palace-Gallery (the Gallery is completely covered by Frescoes), each suite has the Deluxe’s living room, one big double bedroom, marble and spacious bathroom (separate shower box and bathtub), including all luxury amenities and furthermore the Power-Plate machine (with 52 fitness and beauty programs) to use in complete privacy in-suite, one private laptop connected to the WiFi Lan internet connection in-suite (free WiFi use). The distinguished traveler that books this suite type will have champagne served in-suite every evening (at guests preferred time). All luxury amenities available.
• Deluxe Suites:
situated on the Palace’s first floor. The suite's living room leads into the bedroom; the two rooms are adjoined by a door that closes. The marble bathroom is very comfortable. Deluxe Suites measure approximately 100 sq.m (1.100 sq feet). All luxury amenities available.
• Executive Suites:
situated on the Palace’s ground-floor. The suite's living room leads into the bedroom; the two rooms are not completely separated because of the vaulted ceilings. Executive Suites measure approximately 85 sq.meters (910 sq feet). All luxury amenities available.
• Junior Suite:
one big room of approx. 75 sq.meters (800 sq.feet). This Suite is located on the ground floor of the Palace by passing by the Palace’s inner-courtyard-garden. The suite is entirley covered by frescos, divided into a living area and sleeping area with a queen sized bed. The suite has a small private outside patio with chairs and table.
• Classic Suites:
two big rooms of approx. 80 sq.meters (approx. 860 sq.feet). This Suite is located in the east wing of the Palace, just a few steps over the ground-floor Reception area. The suite is different in furnishing and in fabrics from the Palace Suites (not deluxe but standard fabrics & furniture). As soon as you enter there is:
an aisle where you enter first the bathroom, then the bedroom, then there is a very spacious living room. |

Many various and the typical Tuscan restaurants, bars and wine bars are just at a few steps from the Palace.
The positions makes it easy to go for sighseeing or shopping and come back to the Palace for a break, then most of our guests are off again to experience Florence! |

Directions to the Palace by car arriving from the Highway A1:
Exit highway A1 at Florence CERTOSA. Follow directions to Florence CENTRO (center) going towards Porta Romana. Pass through the gate of Porta Romana (if you should be stopped by the police just tell them that you are going to the Hotel Palazzo Magnani Feroni; the area is a limited traffic zone so that is why they might stop you). As you enter the gate you will be on a street called Via Romana, the only street continuing from the gate. Follow the Via Romana until you reach a small roundabout with a large obelisk in the middle. On your right you will already be able to see a part of Palazzo Pitti and on your left you will see a church. Veer left and follow the street, passing a small square (Piazza Santo Spirito) on your right. When you get to the first traffic light, cross the intersection and go straight ahead. You will find a second small square on your right (Piazza del Carmine). Just after the piazza turn on the first small street on your right (Via del Leone). Take that street to the end and turn right on Borgo San Frediano. The entrance to Palazzo Magnani Feroni is at street number 5.
A few meters ahead of our entrance is our in-house garage (street number 7). If you have the possibility to call the reception a few minutes before arrival, the doorman will wait for you at the garage. Otherwise, we kindly ask you to stop on the right-hand side of the street before number 7 and ask at the reception to open the garage for you. The daily parking charge is between Euro 40,00 and Euro 47,00 per day according to car size. |
