It has recently been restored to its original, sophisticated beauty and then converted into a 5 stars hotel, maintaining the atmosphere of an XVIII century stately home.
The Resort is composed of three main blocks:
- the Villa, with 12 rooms with original frescoes and marbles from the 18th century;

Florence's "Amerigo Vespucci" Airport is 20 km from Villa Olmi Resort. We suggest that our guests reserve the hotel's transfer service to get to Villa Olmi Resort.
• By train:
Santa Maria Novella train station is located in the center of Florence, 8 km from Villa Olmi Resort. Upon request, the hotel's transfer service will pick you up at the station and take you to Villa Olmi Resort.

From the north:
From the freeway Autostrada A1 follow the signs for MILANO-BOLOGNA-FIRENZE-ROMA. Take the FIRENZE SUD exit. Right after the toll booth follow the signs for Bagno a Ripoli. After you pass a large service station and then two signals, on the left you will see signs for VILLA OLMI RESORT.
- From the south:
From the freeway Autostrada A1 follow the signs for NAPOLI-ROMA-FIRENZE -BOLOGNA. Take the FIRENZE SUD exit. Right after the toll booth follow the signs for Bagno a Ripoli. After you pass a large service station and then two signals, on the left you will see signs for VILLA OLMI RESORT.
- From the Riviera:
From the freeway Autostrada A10 follow the signs for GENOVA-LIVORNO. Then take the LIVORNO-PISA-FIRENZE highway. Near Florence take the freeway Autostrada A1 at FIRENZE NORD towards ROMA. Exit at FIRENZE SUD. Right after the toll booth follow the signs for Bagno a Ripoli. After you pass a large service station and then two signals, on the left you will see signs for VILLA OLMI RESORT.
