Majestic Resort is located near the Tyrrhenian coast in Cosenza and situated in a vast estate of 30 hectares, where the buildings are connected between them by streets and arcades equipped. |

The Resort is composed by:
• The main building: Central Hall, reception, dining room, TV room, game room, 2 Bars, 1-equipped conference room for 600 seats, 4 exhibition halls from 60 to 250 seats, three meeting rooms on the ground floor is the dining room seats 700.
• 6 bodies with 225 rooms divided into rooms: 112 double rooms 102 Superior (3 / 4 beds) - 11 junior suites, all units' housing are exposed to the sea (South-West) get on the ground floor of a garden and the first and second floor terraces. They have private bathroom, fridge, LCD TV with satellite, telephone, safe and air conditioning slots.
• Dining Rooms: restaurant “LA FONTANA” with a capacity of 600 seats and with wide outdoor room; pizzeria “IL GELSO “in a refurbished farmstead, bazaar, hair-dresser’s, bar, semi-olimpionic pool with wide room for water and folk games, solarium -pool and children pool, gym and sauna, equipped beach, 2 tennis courts, 1 soccer field and 1 polyvalent field, game room; TV room, unguarded car parking, tennis table, animation staff, archery, sports group courses. |

Our recently renovated rooms are equipped with a sober and well-appointed furnishings in particular that make them comfortable and familiar. They are arranged in blocks in rows served by streets and reachable by stairs and hall are divided into two types:
• Standard : Two / Three beds
• Superior: Two / Three / Four places, entrance area with a sofa bed, bedroom and bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with: garden on the ground floor, terrace on the first and second floor , full bath, balcony, air conditioning and heating, LCD TV with satellite, safe, telephone, refrigerator. |

Restaurant “LA FONTANA”: It 's a place where you can find gastronomy, quality architecture, culture and entertainment. It offers to the guests all the comforts in a wide comfortable space giving attention to a refined taste for the traditional and foreign cuisine. The great hall for ceremonies provides tables with eight seats, the winery offers a wide range of national and international labels. It has a capacity of about 600 seats with a buffet service. The hall equipped with large openings, which overlooks the garden terrace where you can see a beautiful landscape. Elegant both internally and externally, is suited to every kind of event.
Pizzeria Il Gelso: typical Local pizzeria made from an old farmhouse readjusted with the old wood-burning oven.
