The Giardino degli Ulivi is located at the foot of the promontory of Gargano, 2 kilometres off the marvellous beaches of Margherita di Savoia, which is a very estimated tourist and thermal centre. Here you can visit one of the biggest salt works of Europe and it is fa just 2 kilometres from the city of Trinitapoli, where you can visit the famous “ Ipogei of Daunia”.
In the surroundings, there is also the wet land, where you can observe different species of birds like herons, avocets and pink flamingos, etc….
Its geographical position, in the heart of Imperial Apulia, makes Giardino degli Ulivi a perfect place for excursions both to the north and to the south of the region: Castel del Monte; Trani with its Romanic cathedral and its castle; Barletta the city of “ Disfida”; Canne della Battaglia; Canosa; Siponto and its church; the natural parks of Murgia and Gargano; S.Giovanni Rotondo where lived San Pio da Pietralcina; Castellana Grotte; Alberobello with its particular buildings “ Trulli”, etc…

| The Giardino degli Ulivi is surronded by secular olive trees and it has got wonderful gardens. It has got also a semi-olympic swimming-pool and one for babies, both in the open air. It has got two football pitches, one for 8 players and one for 5 players and a fitness walk. |

The rooms, surrounded by peace and quietness of secular olives, are located in two villas on the ground floor and they are furnished in a accurate and plain style. The solid walnut furniture is treated with ecologic paint in order to respect the surrounding nature.

By car: motorway A14 A16, Canosa di Puglia, then follow directions for the S. S. 16 bis going out in Barletta Nord, heading to Margherita di Savoia. Keep driving for 2 kilometres on s.p. 61 heading to Trinitapoli.
By train: Barletta train station, then get a bus to Margherita di Savoia, to Trinitapoli train station.
By plane: Bari Palese airport
