BY PLANE ( SAC )
From Catania airport Fontanarossa, you can:
· Take an intercity bus for Taormina-Giardini Naxos and another bus/taxi for Letojanni.
· Take a taxi. Mazzeo is about 65 km from Catania airport.
· Hire a car. Take the A18 motorway that heads towards Messina. Take the “Taormina” exit and follow the directions for the sea SS 114, Letojanni-Mazzeo direction (approx. 2 km). Once you reach the grade crossing turn on the left for Mazzeo, the hotel is located to Alcide de Gasperi promenade.
Hotel Calipso can arrange private transfers from/to Catania airport.
BY TRAIN ( TRENITALIA )
Trains that connect Rome and the North of Italy with Siracusa and Agrigento stop at the "Taormina-Giardini Naxos" train station, which is approx. 5,5 km from Mazzeo.
From the station, you can take the bus or a private taxi to reach Hotel Calipso.
From Catania main station, you can take a bus for Mazzeo.
BY BUS ( INTERBUS )
The "Interbus" bus company connects Rome and the main cities in Sicily with Letojanni and Giardini Naxos.
BY CAR
From Messina or Catania, take the A18 motorway that heads towards Messina. Take the “Taormina” exit and follow the directions for the sea SS 114, Letojanni-Mazzeo direction (approx. 2 km). Once you reach the grade crossing turn on the left for Mazzeo, the hotel is located to Alcide de Gasperi promenade.
