BY CAR:
Take the A18 Catania-Messina tollway, exit at Fiumefreddo and take state highway 120 towards Randazzo; after Piedimonte Etneo continue in the direction of Linguaglossa. At the entrance to town, take Via Giacomo Matteotti and continue on Linguaglossa-Zafferana provincial highway 59 for about 2.7 kilometers in the direction of Zafferana Etnea.
BY PLANE:
Catania's Fontanarossa airport is the closest, with the option of renting a car. By car: take the A18 tollway towards Messina, see the “By car” directions.
BY TRAIN:
From the Catania train station, take the Messina line to Giarre or take the bus that leaves from the terminal in front of the station. From Giarre, take Circumetnea railway line to Linguaglossa. |
