 The Bosco della Spina Residence-Restaurant is situated in a very beautiful, unblemished and quiet part of Tuscany, 20 kms south of Siena, on the border between Maremma’s forests and Crete Senesi, surrounded by the most famous cultural destinations of Tuscany (San Gimignao, Pienza, SanGalgano, Sant’Antimo, and many more). From the old cellar of Belcano farm, in the medieval village of Lupompesi, the architects who own the property have obtained 14 suites different in size, the restaurant, bar, congress room for 100 people, winery with tasting-room, covered terraces with pergola, gardens, swimming pool, a little fitness centre and car park. Each apartment is blessed with the wonderful panorama of the Crevole’s Valley, with Murlo’s Hill on the background, surrounded by the woods green and the colours of Crete; every comfort is available (heating and air-conditioning installed under the floor as the modern technology, telephone, satellite TV and fridge-bar) and furnished with an elegant simplicity: every detail was purposely realized by artisans. The restaurant is impressive either because of the furnishings or of the management choices. Preserved beams and girders and the typical fireplace for live flame or charcoal cooking, the cuisine follows the most typical recipes of the good Tuscan and Sienese’s families and the products of the kitchen garden and henhouse of the next farm are widely used, therefore the ingredients are fresh and seasonal. In the extremely welcoming and relaxing background of the restaurant, the excellent traditional cuisine is combined with an accurate wine selection that has been chosen in order to offer to wine lovers a comprehensive prospect on Tuscan oenology, discovering the little and not-so-famous farm-producers. Our visitors can enjoy the silence of the countryside and relax in the swimming pool equipped for aqua gym and aromatherapy; activities can include excursions on foot, bike, horse riding or cultural trips, as we are in the centre of one of the most fascinating areas for arts, culture and landscape, and there are countless artistic sites.
Il Bosco della spina residence-ristorante è in un bellissimo angolo della Toscana, incontaminato e tranquillo, a 20 km a Sud di Siena al limite tra i boschi della Maremma e le Crete senesi, circondato dalle più note mete culturali della Toscana (San Gimignano, Pienza, San Galgano, Sant’Antimo,e molte altre ancora). Dalla vecchia tinaia della fattoria di Belcano, nel borgo medievale di Lupompesi, i proprietari architetti hanno realizzato 14 suite di varia grandezza, la sala ristorante, il bar, una sala conferenze per 100 persone, l’enoteca con saletta degustazione, terrazze coperte a pergolato, giardini, piscina, piccolo fitness e parcheggi. Ogni appartamento gode lo splendido panorama della vallata della Crevole con la collina di Murlo sullo sfondo immersa nel verde dei boschi e nei colori delle Crete ed è dotato di ogni confort (riscaldamento e rinfrescamento secondo la più moderna tecnologia, il telefono, la tv satellitare, ed il frigobar) ed è arredato con elegante semplicità: ogni particolare è appositamente disegnato dai proprietari architetti. Il ristorante, si distingue sia per arredamento che per scelte gestionali. La cucina si attiene scrupolosamente alle ricette più classiche delle buone famiglie toscane e senesi e si avvale dei prodotti provenienti dall’orto e dal pollaio dell’azienda agricola che circonda il residence e quindi alla più severa stagionalità degli ingredienti. Si può acquistare vino, olio, miele prodotti nell’azienda agricola ed i tipici dolci senesi sempre freschi sulla ricetta del nostro pasticcere ed anche gli elementi d’arredo (piatti, bicchieri, sedie, tavoli, letti, divani) dagli architetti disegnati e fatti produrre in esclusiva. L’ originalità di questo residence riesce a riportarci ai ritmi calmi della campagna offrendo un buon servizio ed un comfort raffinato
Der Bosco della Spina, der zwischen die Wälder der Maremma und die „Crete Senesi“ liegt 20 km südlich von Siena, in der Mitte der bekanntesten Kultursziele, mit den eigenen kulinarischen Spezialitäten und dem Wein, in einem schönen und ruhigen Ort der Provinz Siena, ist geplant damit seinen Gäste die wunderschöne Panorama der Crevole Tal mit dem mittelalterlichen Dorf Murlo in dem Hintergrund geniessen.
Die Gäste können die ausgezeignete und traditionelle Küche mit den eigenen Landschaftsprodukte unserer Firma probieren.
Das behagliche und entspannenden Restaurant mit dem Kamin in der Mitte des Zimmers, ist in der alten Weinkeller gebaut
Man kann rund das Schwimmbad in den Terrassen und in den eindrucksvollen Garten erholen
Am Bosco della Spina kann man auch eine Weinstube, ein kleines Fitnesszentrum, einen Lesesaal, eine Raucherecke und Kongresssaal finden
Die Renovierung des ganzen Gebäudes ist nicht nur gutgemacht, sondern auch hat sie die gute sud-östliche Lage vorbehaltet
Jeden Apartment verfügt über eine schöne Ausblick auf die breite Tal und die „Crete Senesi“ und das charakteristische Dorf Murlo.
Diese schöne Ausblick kommt zur seite von den kleinen Fenster der Zimmer auf ein Dorf und die Fenster des Wohnzimmers (sind breit und werden häufig wie ein Bogen geformt) haben die Ausblick auf die breite Tal.
Alle Möbel sind direkt von den Baumeisterbesitzer gezeichnet, sie sind ausserdem exklusiv und von den toskanischen Handwerker gemacht worden.
Der Verbund der Tradition mit den Rohstoffe haben einen alten Geschmack mit einfachen und eleganten Stil gemacht
Bestimmte Aufmerksamkeit wurde zum Beleuchtussystem gegeben, das mit einem Spiel der Lichter unterschiedliche Atmospären ander Diskretion unseres Gastes verursachen kann
Der Preis jeder Suite enthält Frühstück, tägliche Reinigung (Änderung der Wäshe), Klimaanlage/Heizung, Parkplatz, Schwimmbad.
A la frontière entre les forêts de la « Maremma » et les « Crete Senesi » à 20 Km au Sud de Siena, au centre des plus connues destinations culturelles et eno – gastonomiques de la Toscane et dans un très beaux coin de la province de Siena, intact et tranquille. Le Bosco della Spina a été projeté de façon à permettre aux invités de se réjouir du panorama de la vallée du fleuve « Crevole » jusqu’à l’antique pays de Murlo.
Dans les espaces du ancien cellier, au dessus des berceaux et dans le très accueillant et romantique milieu du restaurant avec la cheminée au centre, l’excellente cuisine de la tradition réalisée avec les produits de la voisine exploitation agricole, se joindre à une sélection soignée de vin exclusivement toscans.
On peut se détendre dans le silence de la piscine, sur les terrasses et dans les jardins riches en vues panoramiques et jeux d’eau.
Dans le Bosco della Spina vous trouverez aussi une vinothèque, un petit centre fitness, une salle de lecture, une salle à fumer et deux salles de congrès.
La restauration a conservé, au mieux a marqué l’excellente exposition à sud – est de tout le bâtiment. Chaque Suite joins soit de la vue de l’ample vallée et des « Crete Senesi », soit du caractéristique bourg médiéval.
