Property Information

IL CASALE B&B is located in a two storied building surrounded by a park of two ectares. Tall pine trees dominate the back of the country house (whereas) a driveway lined with cypresses leads to the front, facing south. The view across the Plain towards the sea is interspersed with groups of large trees creating oases of shade furnished with tables and chairs where one can pause in conversation or relish an aperitif. All rooms both in the main residence and the annexes have a bath or shower. The large internal car park may also be used for coaches.

IL CASALE � un villa su due piani circondata da un parco privato di 7000 metri. L'abitazione si trova in zona collinare, contornata da altre ville, e di fronte ha la graziosa ed antica chiesa della Madonna del Rosario, costruita nel 1734 che oggi � sede parrocchiale. L'esposizione � verso sud, con la vista che spazia libera fino al mare. Vi � un ampio parcheggio interno. Le stanze per gli ospiti sono tutte dotate di bagno con vasca o doccia.

� Take the Via Appia Nuova as far as the 35th km (between Genzano and Velletri), then follow the signs to Via Acqua Lucia - Chiesa Madonna Del Rosario, after 200 metres on the right you will see the church: continuing about 50 meters, you'll see the Hotel Il Casale, on the right. � For those coming from the motorway the nearest toll-booth is Valmontone (A2 Rome-Naples). Follow the signs Artena - Lariano - Velletri - Rome for 30 minutes and you will arrive at Via Appia 35,500 km.
