Villa "La Grotta" è uno splendido borgo dell' 800 trasformato in un elegante complesso ricettivo il cui nome deriva dal borro della Grotta che scorre poco distante. La struttura è composta dalla villa storica di 750 mq. e dalla casa colonica adiacente. Gli appartamenti e le camere distinte con il nome di grandi artisti toscani, sono arredate in tipico stile rivelandosi calde e accoglienti. Nelle vicinanze si possono visitare borghi, pievi e monasteri ma sopratutto l'antica tenuta del Borro che fu residenza di nobili casati. Non dimentichiamo che siamo nella zona del Chianti aretino dove si possono degustare vini nelle loro cantine e gustare la deliziosa cucina toscana. Il complesso inoltre dispone di: un parco recintato in posizione panoramica, ampio parcheggio, piscina attrezzata ed una sala atta ad offrire momenti di svago e distensione.
