The property consist of two farm houses: The Main House with 7 apartments and a Villa with 2 houses.
Main House is built on 2 levels and has 7 apartments all furnished to a very high standard. The Villa is divided in two apartments for 400 mq total. All apartments are provided with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, safe, telephone, tv sat, indipendent heating.

La proprietà si divide in due Case Coloniche: la Casa Padronale con 7 appartamenti ed una Villa divisa in due porzioni. La Casa Padronale è disposta su 2 livelli per 750 mq da cui sono stati rilevati 7 appartamenti caratterizzati da ottime finiture, pavimenti in cotto fiorentino, travi a vista, recupero dei caminetti esistenti. La Villa è divisa in due unità abitative per un totale di 400 mq. Tutti gli appartamenti sono corredati di lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno, tv satellitare con decoder, asciugacapelli, ferro da stiro, cassaforte, telefono, riscaldamento autonomo.
