| Our bed & breakfast is situated in a quiet residential area, a few steps from the marvellous walls of Lucca and the old center. The marvellous enclosing walls of Lucca contain Piazza Anfiteatro, the Cathedral of S. Martino, the National picture-gallery. The Santa Gemma Sanctuary is nearly in front of our rooms, the San Micheletto auditorium (Puccini opere) is near, a few steps. The railway station is near ( 1200 mt) and if you want we can meet you at the railway station and come back to the bed & breakfast by our car. |

| Directions / Driving instructions |
| Driving directions : Highway A11, Exit: exit in Lucca/East. Go straight (direction Lucca), after the overpass (railway line), immediately turn to right , go straight and follow the signs to the railway station. Then, at the railway station turn right (follow the signs stadium of Lucca). In 2 minutes you get to a big door-gate in the Walls : Porta Elisa ; in front of Porta Elisa make a right turn (Viale Cadorna), you will get in front of the Sanctuary of Santa Gemma Galgani (first turn on the left). Our property is situated 100 mt after the Sanctuary on the left side (Via di Tiglio 126), in a private courtyard. Just in case: ask for the church “Saint Gemma’s Sanctuary” (Santa Gemma Santuario). We are in the same street (Via di Tiglio, N°126) as the Sanctuary, on the other part of the road , in a private courtyard, at the number 126 ( near the Bar-pastry-shop “Arrighi” and the flower’s shop). The entrance is in front of the other road called "Via Romana" , therefore at the cross-road between these 2 roads ( Via-road called "di Tiglio" and Via-road called"Romana") . |
