The Residence is located on the road in between Portoferraio and Porto Azzurro, both towns offer plenty of possibilities such as shopping as well as different services to make you enjoy your stay.
We are at your full service to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your stay here.
Due to its perfect location on the hill, you will find yourself far from the traffic and immersed in the landscape and fragrances of the maquis. You can relax on each terrace with its wonderful view over the Golf of Portoferraio or just spend some hours on the golf course of the Elba Golf Club of Acquabona. Due to our mild climate, guests can play golf during the whole year.
The Residence counts 31 units (apartments) with 2 or 3 rooms each. They are very nicely furnished. You will dispose of a colour tv, a private telephone, a kitchen ,a large furnished terrace with sea view, a private parking and just in case the temperatures would eventually decrease there is an independent heating system. We also provide the laundry and its services. The apartments are being cleaned every day and the laundry will be changed every 3 days.
At our reception we will welcome you with a smile and help you for all your needs or requests concerning excursions or hiking tours in the area. You will be welcome to visit our cosy little bar, to have a drink or watch the television or eventually connect your pc to our free internet point.
Likewise you can take advantage of the Club House of The Acquabona Golf, its swimming pool as well as its bar. Ask us to make a reservation in one of the typical restaurants in the neighbourhood or to reserve your place on the beautiful beach of Capoliveri .
There are 3 type of apartments :
Type C : 45 sqm + 20 sqm terrace with sea view, equipped kitchen, living room with bunk-bed, dining area, double room and bathroom with shower.
Type B : 56 sqm + 30 sqm terrace with sea view, open space with kitchenette, living room with armchair, bunk-bed and dining area, double room and bathroom with shower.
Type A : 75 sqm + 30 sqm terrace with sea view, kitchen, living room with armchair and bunk-bed, dining area with table for 6 guests, double room, room with twin beds , bathroom with shower.
R.T.A. Elba Golf Apartments of Acquabona è un complesso residenziale inaugurato nel 2006, sarà per noi un vero piacere ospitarvi per la vostra prossima vacanza.
La Residenza è situata sulla strada provinciale per Porto Azzurro a pochi chilometri dal capoluogo dell’Isola, Portoferraio.
Ci mettiamo a vostra disposizione per garantirvi delle vacanze piacevoli senza problemi.
Grazie alla posizione del complesso, sarete lontani dal traffico estivo e dal caos.
I profumi della macchia mediterranea e la brezza marina accompagneranno i vostri momenti di relax; approfittate della tranquillità per leggere un buon libro sulla terrazza panoramica o trascorrete una giornata sul campo da golf, sempre disponibile grazie al clima mediterraneo della nostra isola.
La Residenza è dotata di 31 appartamenti di diverse tipologie : bilocali e trilocali, tutti arredati con gusto. Avrete a vostra dispozione : TV color, telefono privato, angolo cottura, una grande terrazza con vista sul mare ed un parcheggio privato e, se necessario, il riscaldamento autonomo.
Per il completo comfort forniamo la biancheria completa per la camera da letto e per il bagno.
Le pulizie, il riordino giornaliero ed il cambio completo, ogni tre giorni, della biancheria sono servizi che completano l’offerta per un soggiorno senza problemi.
Alla reception verrete accolti con un grandissimo sorriso e vi verrà offerta piena disponibilità, cercheremo insieme le soluzioni ideali per una vacanza indimenticabile. Potremo organizzare ogni tipo di escursione per visitare l’Elba. Alla reception troverete inoltre un elegante bar dove fare colazione o bere un’aperitivo sulla terrazza panoramica, oppure guardare la TV in compagnia o navigare in Internet gratuitamente.
Potrete approfittare della vicina Club House del Golf Club Acquabona, ove troverete la piscina ed il bar. Nelle vicinanze ci sono ottimi ristoranti tipici con noi convenzionati …..e per gli amanti del mare nessun problema !! anche se non abbiamo un’accesso diretto al mare abbiamo stipulato una convenzione con un’impianto balneare presso la splendida spiaggia del Lido di Capoliveri che si trova ad appena tre chilometri dal Residence.

Die Residence ElBA Golf Apartments of Acquabona ist ein neu erbaute Struktur die im Dezember 2006 eingeweiht wurde. Die Residence befindet sich in Panoramalage über der Hauptstrasse zwischen Portoferraio und Porto Azzurro. In beiden Städten können Sie alle Dienstleistungen und Geschäfte finden.
ElBA Golf Apartments liegt auf einem Hügel ab vom Chaos und vom Verkehr und von allen Wohnungen haben Sie einen fantastischen Blick über den Golf von Portoferraio und den Golfplatz von Acquabona. Durch das milde Klima ist Golfspielen auf der Insel Elba das ganze Jahr über möglich und ein grosses Vergnügen.
Die Residenz verfügt über 31 Ferienwohnungen (Zwei- und Dreizimmerwohnungen) mit viel Geschmak und Geschick möbliert: Farbfernseher, Telefon, , Kochnische, grosse möblierte Terrasse mit Blick über das Meer und Privatparkplatz und für die kältesten Monate… eigene Heizung.
Kein Problem... auch die Wäsche für das Zimmer und das Bad liefert Sie wir, ausserdem einen täglichen Aufräumservice, Wäschewechsel alle drei Tage und Assistenz vor Ort an.
Zum Reception Hilfe und Verfügbarkeit finden, ein Café mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse Überblick, der TV und der internet point kostenloser.
Im nahen Club House des Acquabona Golfs steht Ihnen ein Schwimmbad zur Verfügung. Wir haben auch verschiedene Abkommen mit typischen Restaurants sowie mit einem Strandbad am herrlichen Lido di Capoliveri Strand.
Unsere 31 Ferienwohnungen sind folgendermassen aufgeteilt:

Nous nous mettons à votre entière disposition afin de vous garantir des vacances réussies et sans le moindre problème. De part de l’emplacement de notre domaine, vous vous trouverez loin du trafic estival et du chaos qu’amène parfois l’été.

Vous aurez à votre disposition la télé-couleur, le téléphone privé, un coin-cuisine, une grande terrasse équipée avec vue sur mer, un parking privé et au cas où il ferait un peu frais d’un chauffage autonome. Nous nous occupons également de la literie et des draps de bain. Les appartements sont nettoyés quotidiennement et le linge remplacé tous les trois jours.
Notre réception vous accueillera avec le sourire et vous aidera dans vos déplacements, dans l’organisation de vos excursions ou ballades dans la nature environnante. Vous y découvrirez également un petit bar bien sympathique, un coin télé ainsi qu’un coin internet gratuit.
Vous pouvez également profiter du Club House du Golf Acquabona, de sa piscine et de son bar. Nos avons également de très bons contacts avec quelques restaurants typiques. Pour les amoureux de la mer, nous vous recommandons une plage splendide près du littoral de Capoliveri.
