 The Residence feature 22 suites with double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one twin bedroom, a second bathroom, lounge with kitchen unit and sofa bed; the suites on the first floor have a terrace while the ones on the ground floor a private garden.
The Residence has a wonderful swimming-pool with Jacuzzi (open from June to mid September) and a private parking.
Il Residence dispone di 22 appartamenti con una camera matrimoniale con bagno, una camera doppia, un secondo bagno, soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto; gli appartamenti al primo piano hanno un terrazzo e quelli a pian terreno un giardino annesso.
Strutture comuni sono una splendida piscina (aperta da inizio giugno a metà settembre) con idromassaggio ed un parcheggio privato

“Le Ville del Lido”, 1st category suite residence located only 10 metres from the famous Lido’s beach and 15 minutes from S. Marco Square by waterbus. In August a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. |

By car
At the end of the bridge that takes to Venice you will find a sign “Tronchetto ferry-boat to Lido”. The ferry leaves every 50 minutes and the journey is 35 minutes. (Ferries timetable www.actv.it )
By train
The train station is Venezia S. Lucia
From the Railway station every 20 minutes leaves a water-bus line 51 that quickly arrives to Lido (35 minutes) or line 1 if you wish a slow fascinating ride on the Grand Canal (1 hour ride).

By airplane
Marco Polo airport is situated 12Km overland and 10Km from Venice and is well connected with public transport to Venice (by water and land9, and in Mestre Railway Station.
The motorway link road inaugurated in 1991 connects directly Marco Polo Airport to the road network.
In coincidence with the flights leaves a water bus that covers the journey in 40 minutes.
